San Diego based Green Locksmith has just announced a new addition to its locksmith services: window lock installation and repair. The new offering will round out the company’s list of related offerings that include residential, commercial, auto, and emergency services.
David Feltcher, marketing manager, says Green Locksmith is focused on developing into a one-stop shop to better serve consumers and to meet client demands. “We won’t rush into saying that we will provide every service customers ask for but as we do look at what customers need and as we can add capabilities and experience, we will grow to meet the demands.”
Previously the company’s list of capabilities included door locks – traditional doors, as well as garage and sliding; rekeying; intercom systems; wireless home security systems; and lock picking services. With the addition of the new window related services, Feltcher says the company can now serve the complete needs of residential and commercial property owners. “Whether they are looking to have something installed, repaired, or simply need to regain access, we can now assist with all entry points for a home or business.”
Feltcher says in the case of lost keys, a break-in, or even a change of ownership, the ability to handle all entry points, repairing, updating access, and ensuring the property is secure, is important in ensuring a better client experience and in ensuring that the client feels safe.
Understanding that security can also require alarm systems, cameras and other monitoring equipment, Feltcher says his team took on the training and investment in equipment required to handle installation and repair on a variety of technologies. The team is also equipped to advise clients on risk areas and systems that might best meet their needs.
Beyond residential and commercial properties, Green Locksmith is also equipped to deal with and skilled in auto locksmith services. Feltcher says this includes personal vehicles of all types, as well as commercial fleets. “Imagine you’ve lost your purse or key ring. It isn’t just your house keys that may have been lost but your vehicle’s keys as well.”
He says his team is often called out for auto services when customers have broken keys in locks, locked keys in the trunk, or where transponder or keyless systems have failed. His team, he says, is trained to handle the newest technologies so whatever the requirement is, they can handle the job.
